I met a gentleman at our local hardware store. He was selling his books and I bought one. I told him I had always wanted to write children's books but did not know where to start. He told me all about Summerland Publishing. I was so excited, I drove home and came back with the first draft of my manuscript. He helped me complete the text and I sent it to Jolinda.
